This report is a list of projects that were identified as infrastructure projects of national or regional significance in accordance with Executive Order 13604, “Improving Performance of Federal Permitting and Review of Infrastructure Projects” (March 22, 2012). These “legacy” projects were not tracked after September 2016 as they did not meet the requirements necessary to be identified as "covered" under Title 41 of the FAST Act.
