Description
Because this project includes the alteration of the bed, banks or channel of a stream, or the adjacent riparian vegetation, the project will require a 1600 Streambed Alteration Agreement Permit (issued by the California Department of Fish and Game). In addition, because the project involves a regulated activity in the Coastal Zone, a Coastal Development Permit (issued by the California Coastal Commission) will need to be obtained.
